Description

An excellent option for those adventurous people who like to walk and have no schedule, this tour provides transportation to Cozumel only and allows you to do whatever activity you’ve planned in Cozumel or just walk around the island feeling the Mexican Caribbean vibe in the air.

Cozumel Island is a Paradise that brings together Mexican Tradition, Flavors and Joy.  This Mexican Caribbean Island is Mexico’s biggest Island and holds some of the most interesting Marine Parks in the country. Cozumel is called a Divers paradise because the underwater species living in the ocean are the most beautiful in the whole region. There is so much life beneath the surface and it’s all waiting for you to come and visit.

Cozumel is an Island south of Cancún, accessible by ferry via the coastal town of Playa del Camen. It takes about one hour to get to Playa del Carmen from Cancún. Cozumel is famous amongst divers and ocean lovers for its truly amazing sea life.

Itinerary

• Our expedition begins picking up all passengers at the lobby of all hotels (in the Cancún area) to check in at our terminal.
• By 8:15am we depart in a deluxe motor coach bus.
• We arrive to Playa del Carmen around 9:30am to board the 10:00am ferry to Cozumel.
• Once in Cozumel, you are free to visit and walk the Island at your own peace.
• We meet again at the ferry dock at 4:45pm
• We will take the 5:00pm ferry boat ride to Playa del Carmen.
• By 6:00pm we will be all on board our transportation to get back to Cancún.
• Arrival to Cancun at approximately 7:00pm

Additional info

• The pick-up and drop off schedules vary depending on the location of your hotel; it starts at 7:00am ending at 7:45am. One of our representatives will get in touch with you to confirm the exact time of your pick up for this tour in your hotel in Cancún.

 

Important info:

If you get seasick remember to bring gum or some seasick pill to avoid it as some people are very sensitive to the ride on the ferry boat to Cozumel.

Some advice

• Bring sunscreen and sunglasses, remember to use biodegradable sunscreen, we want to protect the animal life on the oceans from the chemicals used on regular sunscreen.
• You may want to bring a light sweater or jacket as it could get cold on the bus on our way to Cozumel and back.
• Bring your bathing suit and towel.
• Wear comfortable walking shoes, sneakers or flip flops
• Please do not forget to bring your camera!
• If you are bringing a video camera make sure is water proof!
