Description
This tour combines in a wonderful way the fascinating views and history
found at Tulum, which is the only archaeological site in the area
overlooking the Mexican Caribbean ocean above its fortressed walls; and
Cobá, the beautiful and mysterious ancient Mayan City whose buildings
can still be climbed! Tulum is the most visited of the Mayan
sites in the Yucatan and not only because of its proximity to Cancun and the Riviera Maya but
because its breathtaking scenery is something worth seeing. Although
the ruins are structurally less impressive than Chichen Itza or Uxmal
and much less extensive, they have the azure Caribbean as a backdrop -
an astonishing contrast and heaven for the photographer or artist. The
area is small and there is little climbing involved. We also visit Cobá,
a beautiful and mysterious ancient Mayan city; a great site to wander
around and let your imagination run free with its many tunnels formed by
giant trees, birds singing and even spider monkeys jumping from one
tree to another. You will walk in the jungle on roads built by the
ancient Mayans hundreds of years ago. Cobá is something we recommend for
people who enjoy and appreciate different architectural building styles
and a different kind of tour. Itinerary- Our tour
